4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick
2 cups cubed ham
1 cup grated cheese (I like to use cheddar)
a couple dashes of salt and pepper (or to taste)
Blend eggs, milk, and Bisquick together. Then add ham, cheese, and salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
