1 1/4 c sugar
1 c oil
4 eggs
3 c grated carrots
2 c flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Orange peel
powdered sugar
OJ
1. Mix all (but last three) ingredients together.
2. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 min
3. Top with glaze made from last three ingredients.
